Extensive zoning and planning information available on town website

The Town of Peru Codes Office has recently installed web pages for Building, Planning and Zoning and can be accessed through the Town’s Web site at Perutown.com. In addition to the information about the Codes office the pages have several documents that can be downloaded. The Building page has a Building Permit application link. The Planning page has a link to its application, the Subdivision Regulations and the Agenda and Minutes for the past year. The Zoning page has a link to its most common applications, the Zoning Ordinance, Zoning map and the Agenda and Minutes for the past year. I welcome all comments on changes that may make the site better or additional information that could be provided.
