4.              MOTION:  Approval of minutes for April 6, 2009 Regular Meeting of the Town.

6.              DISCUSSION/RESOLUTION:  Standardization of the Neptune Readers and Components for efficiency. 

 

7.              DISCUSSION/RESOLUTION:  Approval to go to bid for Neptune meters.

 

8.              DISCUSSION/ RESOLUTION:  Set a date for the Public Hearing to Amend the OWB Law.

 

9.              DISCUSSION/RESOLUTION:  Water District Expansion – Authorizing the appropriation  of $1,700.00 for Engineering Contract  

 

10.           DISCUSSION/RESOLUTION:   Approval of the lowest bidder on the Peru Sludge Storage Facility, Leon L. Blair Construction.    The three lowest bids are as follows:  Leon Blair Construction, $79,954.00; Steven Fuller Excavating, $101,963.00; and Luck Bros. Construction, $124,624.00.

 

11.           RESOLUTION:  Per request of the Clinton County Treasurer’s Office-Addition of $1.00 penalty on tax bills.

 

12.           MOTION:  Acceptance of resignation by Cortland Forrence from Town Council position effective April 30, 2009.

 

13.           DISCUSSION/RESOLUTION:  Little Ausable Park retaining wall on sidewalk.

Best of luck to Cortland on his next endeavor. Cortland has been a solid Councilman for Peru; professional, involved, reasonable, always keeping the best interests of Peru residents and businesspersons in sight. Thank you.
