Real estate is selling, but overall sales are slower

April 2009 existing single-family home sales statistics released by the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), Inc. point to modestly reduced Clinton County sales compared to sales in 2008. Here are the sale statistics for Clinton County and three other Upstate New York Counties.
