Peru Democrats announce party nominees

Town of Peru Democrats nominated their candidates for the fall elections at their June 18, 2009 party caucus. Party faithful drafted Party Chairman Brandy McDonald as their nominee for Town Supervisor. McDonald said, “I have a full time job. I”ll have to think about it. If I decide not to run we have until September 25th to find another candidate.”
Council Person for 2 year term – Kregg Bruno
Council Person for 4 year terms – Anthony Andrews & James Douglas
Town Justice for 4 year term – James Kirby
Town Clerk for 4 year term – Lana Knight
Town Supervisor for 4 year term – Brandy McDonald
Supt. of Highways for 4 year term – James Reed
