Water & Sewer personnel are installing new water meters

The Town of Peru Water and Sewer Department personnel are installing new water meters in many parts of the district during the next two to three months. Personnel will all have Town of Peru identification and will be wearing Town of Peru shirts (lime green, orange or blue). Altogether, between five and six hundred meters will be installed. Given the number of recent robberies in the area, some Peru residents have been concerned when they witnessed water and sewer personnel entering their property.
