Frosty Springs moves another step closer to final approval
By John T. Ryan
The Frosty Spring Bottling Company received site plan approval for its new bottling facility at the Town of Peru Planning Board’s September 9th meeting. Company owner Linda Covel presented extensive plans and photographs to the Board. Board member Dale Holderman had visited the facility and was very familiar with the facility’s layout. Covel’s presentation included answers to a list of prepared questions; therefore, the Board asked few questions. The plan was approved by a unanimous vote.
Mrs. Covel will be appearing before the Zoning Board next Wednesday night asking for accessory use approval for certain products related to her water bottling and Christmas tree businesses.
