St. Augustine’s Applefest – a major success

Rev. Alan Shnob Pastor of St. Augustine’s Church reports that the 2009 Applefest was one of the most successful ever with crowds packing the grounds on both Saturday and Sunday September 19th and 20th. Saturday’s parade kicked off at noon with Rev. Philip Allen as the Parade Grand Marshall.Father Allen recently celebrated the 50th anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood and will be retiring on September 30th.
