9.              DISCUSSION:  Set a workshop for health insurance issues. (Suggested October 14, 2009.)

10.           DISCUSSION/RESOLUTION:  Update for Spitfire Drive Drainage easement issue.

11.           DISCUSSION/RESOLUTION:   DOT resolution allowing “Supervisor or Board Member” to sign Trail reimbursement requests.
