Owens’ office accepting Service Academy applications

I am pleased to announce that my office is accepting applications for appointments to our nation’s Service Academies. If you, your son, or your daughter are between 17 and 23 years old, a U.S. citizen, unmarried, are without legal obligation to support children, and reside within the boundaries of New York’s 23rd Congressional District, then I encourage you to consider the Services Academies as an option for higher education.
