Look for a place for your dog to run and play?
Friday, May 6th at 7pm, Peru Community Church Fellowship Center learn what the plans for the Peru Dog Park are so far and help us get this project going! Dog behaviorist Kara Ott, from the Adirondack Pet Lodge, will help us understand how our canine friends will behave in a dog park.
A dog park name and logo will be selected from submissions from the middle and high school art classes and Pet Club.
Teacher Erin Filion and students from the Animal Science/Vet Assisting Program of CVTEC will present information on the benefits of dog parks and their regulations.
Kids can color, make an animal first aid kit, make crafts and dog treats. Refreshments will be provided.
