Doheny wins business group’s endorsement
WATERTOWN – The National Federation of Independent Business, through its political action committee, has endorsed Matt Doheny for New York’s 21st Congressional District seat.
“Your election is not only critical to the small-business owners in your district, but also to protecting free enterprise across America,” Vice President Lisa Goeas [2]wrote in a letter to Doheny. “On behalf of all NFIB members, we look forward to standing with you to best represent the nation’s job creators.”

The nation’s leading small business association and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce have now both identified Doheny as the sole candidate in the
race who advocates for policies that will help companies grow and get people back to work.
“I thank the NFIB for its endorsement,” said Doheny, the Republican, Conservative and Independence parties’ candidates. “I look forward to listening to its members – as well as those represented by the U.S. Chamber – about common sense ways we can get Washington working for our upstate economy.”
