Battle of Plattsburgh Parade attracted a huge audience; Peru Band was impressive

The highlight of today’s Battle of Plattsburgh Celebration was the parade which began at 1 PM. A very large crowd lined City Hall Place for the almost two hour parade. This year’s parade theme was “The Canadian Connection.”  It featured many bagpipe bands, community organizations and our own Peru Central High School Band. It was the only school band in the parade!
