Representative Owens Announces Service Academy Nominations
WASHINGTON—Today, Representative Bill Owens announced the students he will nominate to attend the nation’s service academies. To earn the nomination of their Member of Congress, students applying to service academies must submit a detailed application and meet eligibility requirements set through statute and regulations issued by each academy.
