Successful Turkey Hunt For a Combat Veteran

The Clinton County Veterans Service Agency working with local hunter Terry Sears were successful in taking disabled combat veteran Patrick Romeo on a spring turkey hunt. Sears had contacted the Veterans Service Agency saying he would like to give back to a veteran who had given so much. The Service Agency put Sears in touch Romeo who had an interest in a spring turkey hunt. Little did Romeo know this would be an experience that he would remember for a lifetime.
The success of this season’s hunt this may be the start of an annual tradition. Taxidermy services were donated by Luke Blair’s Taxidermy. The Veterans Service Agency is grateful to Terry Sears and Luke Blair for making a difference in this veteran’s life.
