This was the scene today at St. Augustine’s Parish Center at a primary election being conducted for registered Independence Party, Working Families Party and Conservative voters. Members of other parties are not eligible to vote. The polls close at 9 p.m. As of 2:30 p.m. only five voters had cast ballots.
