Twenty Six Men Become 3rd Degree Knights
Keeseville, NY – Twenty-six members of nine Knights of Columbus Councils participated in Knighthood Degree (3rd Degree) ceremonies on Thursday, May 26, 2016 conducted at Keeseville Council 4689. The members included Reverend Adrian Gallagher (Center), Pastor of St. Ann’s Church in Mooers Forks and St. Joseph’s Church in Mooers. The other candidates are members of Plattsburgh Council 255 (8), Keeseville Council 4689 (4), Port Henry Council 384 (4), Morrisonville Council 6067 (3), Rouses Point Council 6136 (3), AuSable Forks Council 2166 (1), Plattsburgh OLV Council 13137 (1) and Peru Council 7273 (1). The Knights of Columbus’ core principles are charity, unity, fraternity and patriotism. The Knighthood Degree (3rd Degree) is dedicated to the principle of fraternity.
