Congressional Candidates Will Debate in Plattsburgh on Friday, May 4th.
A Message From the Town of Peru Democratic Party
If you are interested in learning more about the Democratic Congressional candidates, you have an opportunity to hear from many of them as they participate in a debate on Friday, May 4th, from 5 – 7 pm in Krinovitz Auditorium (in Hawkins Hall) at SUNY Plattsburgh.
According to debate organizers, the following candidates will participate in the debate: Democrats Don Boyajian, Emily Martz, Patrick Nelson, Dylan Ratigan, and Katie Wilson, and Green Party Candidate Lynn Kahn. Tedra Cobb, a Democrat, is unable to attend due to a scheduling conflict. Dr. David Mastrianni has exited the Congressional race. The debate is co-sponsored by SUNY Plattsburgh’s Student Association, Student Affairs Board, and the Sigma Gamma Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity.
Anyone wishing to submit a question for consideration at the debate may do so on the day of the event via twitter or written response, or prior to the event by email at jfopp001@plattsburgh.edu.
