Brian Mann’s departure for National Public Radio is not a surprise given the outstanding quality of his work. He’s intelligent, hard-working, fair and truthful. What more can you ask? A contributing NPR reporter for several years, he’ll be spending more time on science, health and addiction issues.
NPR is a great news source. Admittedly most of its reporters ask questions from a liberal perspective; however, they seek truth the ultimate objective of journalism.
We’re fortunate to have three public radio stations broadcasting in the North Country: North Country Public Radio NCPR in Canton, WAMC in Albany and VPR in Burlington.
