Just as you normally would, please reach out to your health center with your health-related concerns |
Their office will provide guidance regarding which appointments to schedule via TeleHealth, which appointments to defer for now, and which ones may require an in-person visit
If your provider recommends an in-person appointment, protocols from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) are in place at all of their health centers to ensure your safety This includes screening all patients outside health centers and caring for patients with COVID-19-like symptoms separate from others For non-health care related concerns, visit their new Community Resources page or contact the Hudson Headwaters Community Resource Hotline at (518) 623-0182 from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday or by email: resources@hhhn.org |

DEC and State Parks are encouraging New Yorkers to engage in responsible recreation during the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis
Birding is a fun way to enjoy the outdoors and the DEC is encouraging all to check out their I Bird NY resource for more information on birding across the state While enjoying outdoor spaces, please continue to follow the CDC/NYSDOH’s guidelines for preventing the spread of colds, flu, and COVID-19: Stay home if you are sick, or showing or feeling any COVID-19 symptoms, such as fever, coughing, and/or troubled breathing |
Practice social distancing- keep at least 6 feet of distance between you and others even when outdoors
Avoid close contact, such as shaking hands, hugging, and high-five Wash hands often or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol when soap and water are not available Avoid unnecessary contact with surfaces that are often touched, such as doorknobs and handrails |
If parking lots are full, please do not park along roadsides or other undesignated areas
To protect your safety and that of others, please choose a different area to visit, or return another time or day when parking is available |
