A website COVID-19 message from the Beekmantown Central School District
- Roughly fifty (50) people are quarantining for fourteen (14) days.
- Within these people include an administrator, school nurse, per diem school nurse, numerous Beekmantown Elementary School teachers, a Cumberland Head Elementary School teacher, two Beekmantown Middle School teachers, and an office assistant to name a few.
- Nine (9) people were sent by the Clinton County Health Department to be tested.
- Numerous other teachers are being tested as they feel symptomatic.
- The CCHD has not started the MS contract tracing, because the assumed positive case needs confirmation via a positive test result.
- Two youth soccer teams are quarantining for fourteen (14) days. This includes players, coaches and referees.
- The Clinton County Health Department has a lot more work to do on this case. They have been great partners to work with as we maintain the need to keep our students, staff and community safe. We will strive to keep the community informed on this issue. Thank you for your patience.
