Rifenburg Contracting will be closing Elm Street from Sanborn Lane to 22B intersection (Town Park entrance) tomorrow  September 14th and Wednesday, September 15thfrom 7 am till 5 pm There will be NO through traffic during this time.  Emergency vehicles will have limited access to that section of the road
