[3/11 6 AM] Another 1-3″ of snow is expected in the Champlain & St. Lawrence Valleys with 6-12″ along the western slopes of the Adirondacks & Greens today. Strong 35-55 mph northwest gusts may combine with snow-laden trees/power lines & lead to isolated power outages. #VTwx #NYwx
