NYSDOT TO HOST PUBLIC INFO MEETING FOR ROUTE 22B BRIDGE REPLACEMENT IN MORRISONVILLE
Meeting to be held Tuesday, November 15, in Schuyler Falls Town Hall
The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) will host a public information meeting to present information and answer questions about a proposed project to replace the Route 22B Bridge over the Saranac River in the Hamlet of Morrisonville, Clinton County. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 15 from 5 until 7 p.m. and will be held at the Schuyler Falls Town Hall, 997 Mason Street, Morrisonville, 12962.
Work on the project will begin in the area of the Emory and Mason Street intersection and will continue along Route 22B, ending in the vicinity of State Route 22B and Bushey Street. The project will include the replacement of the bridge, associated highway reconstruction as well as curb, sidewalk and waterline replacement. The $9 million project is expected to be constructed during the summer of 2014.
