New Executive Director Named for the Strand Theatre and North Country Cultural Center for the Arts
The Strand Theatre and North Country Cultural Center for the Arts are pleased to announce Jessica Dulle as their new Executive Director.
Dulle’s experience will lead both the Strand Theatre and the North Country Cultural Center of the Arts as they officially merge under the name The Strand Center for the Arts. Dulle holds a BA in Theatre with a minor in film and broadcasting from the University of Central Missouri and a Master in Business Administration from Stephens College.
Dulle was the Executive Director for the Center for Contemporary Arts in Abilene, TX and, most recently, served as the Executive Director at the Capital City Council on the Arts in Jefferson City, MO. She also has experience working in several theatre positions including as a General Manager and Artistic Director from 2002 to 2006.
When asked about her relocation to Plattsburgh, NY, Dulle states, “I’m thrilled to be the newest member of the Center for the Arts and Strand Theatre. I’m looking forward to meeting several new faces and being an active member of the community.”

Dulle will begin her duties on May 15, 2014.
