Onward and Upward

Local officials gathered at Plattsburgh International Airport today to celebrate the opening of daily air service between Plattsburgh and Dulles International Airport in Metropolitan Washington, D.C.

The first Sky West/United Express flight arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, perhaps a good omen for the future. North Country Chamber of Commerce President Garry Douglas was Master of Ceremonies.
