Flu shots in Peru November 7th

Peru residents will be able to conveniently receive their 2008 Influenza shots at the Peru Community Church Fellowship Center on Friday, November 7th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The Clinton County Health Department has announced its 2008 clinic schedule. All clinics are open to the public. The Health Department encourages everyone to protect their family, friends and loved ones.
These are the clinics in relatively close proximity to Peru.

October 14th, Tuesday 9:30 – 11:30 am, Redford, Assumption of Mary
October 14th, Tuesday 1:00 – 4:00 pm, Dannemora, St. Joseph’s Church
October 29th, Wednesday 9:30 – 12:00 pm, Saranac Fire Dept. Saranac
November 5th , Wednesday, 9:30 – 6:30 pm, Plattsburgh State Field House, Plattsburgh
November 7th, Friday 9:30 – 11:30 am, Keeseville Fire Dept. Keeseville
November 7th, Friday 1:00 – 4:00 pm, Peru Community Fellowship Center, Peru

Please dress to allow for easy access to upper arm. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Nasal Mist available for ages 2 – 49 with no health concerns.
Medicaid Accepted – You must bring your card
Medicare Part B Accepted – You must bring your card
$28 for Influenza Vaccine. $43 for Pneumococcal Vaccine
$10 per shot for children up to 19 years of age
$10 per shot if you have WIC, HEAP or Food Stamps.
