Clinton County Dec. 23 COVID-19 Report: Lab-confirmed positive +17, Recovered +19, Active 134, Tested +404

Since our 12/22 update, 17 additional lab-confirmed COVID-19 positive cases have been reported and 19 individuals have moved to recovered. The New York State Prison System reported a COVID-19 related death of an inmate at Clinton Correctional Facility. This individual has been included in Clinton County case counts.
