North County Honor Fights 40 and 41 are in the air today

September 3, 2022 – Plattsburgh – North Country Honor Flights 40 and 41 are in the air this morning, flying to Washington D. C. to visit our National War Memorials. These 38 vets mark 620 area vets who have been North Country Honor Flight Honorees.
A large crowd attended the departure ceremony at the U.S. Oval, including congresswoman Elise Stefanik, State Senator Dan Stec, Assemblyman Billy Jones, and Town of Plattsburgh Supervisor Michael Cashman.
