Planning Board approves Babbie agricultural museum proposal with conditions
Richard Williams, Chair of the Town of Peru Planning Board, called the meeting of Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 7:00 pm, to order.

PUBLIC HEARING:
1. SUBDIVISION KLC DEVELOPMENT
& SEQR: Minor 2-Lot Subdivision on Fuller Rd.
Mr. Kanoza provided a detailed review of the project to the Board. Items discussed include; location, topography, future development and septic system requirements. Mr. Blaine indicated that wetlands and a mapped stream were present on the property but did not impact this project.
MOTION: Mr. Holderman moved to declare this an unlisted action and name the Town of Peru Planning Board as lead agency. Second by Mr. Wright.

Mr. Wright – yes, Mr. Williams – yes.

MOTION: Mr. Holderman moved to declare this a negative declaration. Second by Mr. Williams.

Ms. Douglas provided a detailed review of the project. Discussion of the proposed use for the property as an agricultural museum on Lot B followed.
MOTION: Mr. Holderman moved to declare this an unlisted action and name the Town of Peru Planning Board as lead agency. Second by Ms. Douglas.

3. DISCUSSION: Summary of Comprehensive Plan and Rezoning Effort
Mr. Rodney Brown provided an overview of the Comprehensive Committees efforts to date. Details were provided on proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulation
