Peru Town Board Meeting of April 25, 2022
A news story will follow. One bit of news – Peru street sweeping is delayed because of a machine parts issue. The sweeper replacement part is on order, but not available. Sweeping will resume as soon as possible.

An unexpected gift from DOT
Photos of Peru’s new State Route 22 – Maiden Lane stop sign. NYS DOT installed the sign yesterday morning without notifying town officials. A witness said some cars stopped and others didn’t. At one time, traffic was backed up a small distance.
