Lake Champlain Bassmaster Elite Top 10 are on the Lake

Plattsburgh, 7 a.m. August 12, 2024 – Last Wednesday, the Lake Champlain Bassmaster Elite Tournament had 101 fishermen. Yesterday, there were 61; today, there are only ten remaining. They’ll return to the Dock Street Marina at 3 p.m. for weigh-in. The winner’s prize is $100,000. $700,000 will be split among 70 fishermen.

Beautiful day for Keeseville’s Community Arts Festival

July 20, 2024—Keeseville’s Stone Mill was a beautiful setting for today’s Plen Art Show and Sale. Thirty-three artists traveled from near and far to create artwork in the beautiful Keeseville area. Students from the nearby Meadowmount School of Music performed as people viewed the artwork. More photos are on Peru Gazette’s Facebook page.
