By: Donald McBrayer The regular Town Board Meeting was held on October 5th, 2009. Board Members Peter Glushko, Thomas Powers, and Brandy McDonald were present, as well as Deputy Supervisor Cortland Forrence (who chaired), and Town Attorney Donald Biggs.

The Clinton County Court has announced that the sentencing of former Town of Peru Supervisor Donald Covel originally scheduled for October 5th has been rescheduled to November 18th at 1:30 p.m.
