They responded to some public concerns by making minor changes to the proposed law and on Monday, September 22nd they passed a law controlling and restricting outdoor wood boilers in the Town of Peru. Council holds hearing and meeting and nears boiler vote

During the public hearing some residents complimented the board for having drafted workable compromise legislation while other residents questioned the need for the law.
